I just installed the newest version, Sept 4th. Does anyone know how to disable vibration when a call is connected? It used to be:

settings> wireless controls>Press the Phone Tab... it says "Change phone settings"> "Vibrate when a call is connected"

But I can no longer find the setting. I only update roms every few months, so it's not an everyday thing for me. Thanks for any help.

When I was on the Diamond and people were making changes to NRG's ROM in order to get them to work properly, NRG said he didn't want the modified ROMs posted in his thread(s). But private exchanges between users he had no problems with.

I'm one of those [odd] people that keep every ROM I've ever downloaded and on occasion, I've uploaded previous ROMs to fileshare sites for people requesting a specific older version. I PM the link to the user, never publicly posting them. IMO, I really don't think NRG wants people to bother him to ask permission.

Its ok for me I just wanna compare to you guys...
My impression also is that this version more stable, as I am overclocking my previous max speed with higher polling and no freeze...

Battery life has been awesome so far for me. I'm on 9/4 24xxx CHT and unplugged at 8:30 am. I'm at a mind boggling 70% battery at just over 12 hours later!

Disclaimer: I now have a new airave (airvana) that supports 3G and I think that may factor a bit into my battery life.

I haven't gotten enough texts today to notice the problem you mentioned although someone asked about it yesterday and I couldn't duplicate it on my phone.

So I tried my first rom 9/4 at 0 PP as I have been hearing a lot of good things about it.
Oh boy, how do you guys handle such low Memory. I was running Nitrogen, Opera mini 5 and SMS. Memory was as low as 10mb. And surprise surprise, one of the applications would close, and thats with Opera mini, Imagine if it was the regular Opera 9.7

Obiously 0 PP is not for me. NRG roms are fast enough and I already have my phone OC to 768 running along side Driver Pack 3. So I guess I will go back to 22 PP which was the official release.
