Guess that I am going to have to try to keep you guys a little busier.

So I flashed the Aug 28 21914 cookie and happily ran it for a day as I always do without problems. However, based on NRG's comments that I didn't know what I was missing, I flashed Aug 28 23127 cookie and have been running it for a couple of days with my normal setup that I always use. Since switching I have been having problems with SOD. I have tried backing my OC down to 729 but that didn't help. Just went to 710 so we will see how that goes. Does anyone have other experiences or suggestions regarding SOD on 23127 vs. 21914? I'm just trying to figure out what could be the difference. Thanks.

my first guess would be you was overclocked to high, my second guess would be that you backed up something and imported it and it's causing issues or installed something that's not playing well with the rom.

Well I did the carrier provisioning for Verizon and all, but since I'm using GSM on a CDMA device, T-Mobile isn't in the options. The Verizon MR2 ROM that I'm using now doesn't seem to have a problem with the T-Mobile stuff, it's working fine with no issues.

If you think carrier provisioning is the issue, do you know of any T-Mobile provisioning cab or anything that I could install to test it out?

well i'm going to be honest and say i don't know what to tell you, i have searched the last 45-60 minutes for anything for you and couldn't come up with anything, i would say to pm NRG and see if he can give you the t-mobile provision cab or ask him what might be the problem and if he has a solution, let me ask you this, is your phone in global mode or gsm? i would say try to make sure that the phone is in gsm mode and not global and see if that helps.

Hey! I know someone mentioned the "Save to people" bug when adding a new contact. But was there a resolution to that problem? Does anyone have a fix for it. Sorry if it was mentioned earlier, I just don't remember it being resolved. I'm running Aug28th 21914....

I've been running teh 8/28 23xxx ROM for a few days now. It's amazing. I've had zero problems with it. Thanks NRG for a fantastic piece of work!

Just wanted to give people a heads up about configuring Hotmail via Activesync access on your phone.

It seems that Microsoft has enabled Activesync style (exchange) syncing. This means you can finally sync your calendar (along with all the other normal stuff you could have with the "Windows Live" way of syncing. The older Windows Live style syncing would not sync your Live Calendar, but the Activesync style does.

Basically you configure it like an exchange account, and the server address is m.hotmail.com. You should enable the secure sync.

I've been using it this way since yesterday and it works great! Contacts/Emails/Calendar/etc all seems to work great now.
