i use usb sync cables from my tmo g1 and htc diamond, tp2. mostly use my tmo g1 cable because they are well proven and retained. flash and charge my phone with cables from high power ppc devices, the others collect dust.

I got my Exchange 2010 up and running about 3 weeks ago, standalone on a KVM'd Server 2008 RC2. I love not needing IE to get full OWA now. That was the biggest reason why I upgraded from '07.

I'm pretty sure that this is more a CHT related issue than the ROM's issue but when I lock my screen (I have it set to auto-lock) and have music playing in background (usually on headphones, but this problem may apply to speakerphone as well) the music sometimes pauses and then restarts. Just today, I unlocked my phone only to have the music pause a few seconds after that and then have a unresponsive phone after that. Had to soft-reset to fix that. It might also be HTC Music related since I'm using HTC Music without having the tab shown (though I'm pretty darn sure that that isn't the reason). I'm on the 8/22 CHT ROM by the way. Will be upgrading to 8/25 tomorrow after school...

CHT lock is also funny in that if you're not on home tab when you lock the screen, it will "go" to the homescreen (if you locked while in Sense) and then show lock screen, but when you unlock it goes back to where you were. A bit of a delay but whatever. Maybe I should post that to the CHT thread...

anyone know where i can find the memory management settings for the auto closing feature in the reg? this new rom is constantly closing anything i leave in the background. its worse since it was supposidly disabled.

That's the one I use, and I've never had any problems with it. You may have to turn off the dynamic OC, it can cause some freezing in some devices. I have mine set to 710, # steps 0, everything else untouched. Mine device is fast, battery life is great.

did a search but seriously this thread is way too bloated to yield good results. how do i change the lockscreen type? i like the old windows one that went side/side but changing the option and then restarting sense does nothing. it's always the same slide down lockscreen. i've tried this on at least the last 6 rom updates but never posed the question.

start-settings-personal-switch lockscreens, this will disable android lockscreen. If you have one of the CHT versions you can choose which lockscreen you want via menu-cht editor-lockscreen settings

Yes it works, it just may take different adjustments depending on what you are using. I am on Verizon, I have to do Carrier Provisioning on the ROM, but then it works. You'll also need to send your MMS from certain screens, as not all screens that have MMS options work quite the way they were meant to. Example is when looking at the album, you can send a message via mail, message or facebook. You must choose mail, and then select MMS at the bottom. Via Message does not use MMS.

Great ROM, UI and feature rich is very impressive for me, thanks to made a great ROM!

I think you should consider to replace XDA_UC with XDA_UC_NET to get many extra features:
- Visual feedback: progress bar, log file, error message
- Support recursively directory structure can make more flexible and complex logic to figure out better auto actions.
- Support magic commands.
