thanks for all the help here i just got my phone saturday and have already put on a custom rom and i'm quickly learning the prowess of cookie. i have to say it's pretty awesome.

I have tried both, back and forth, and I am still undecided. 1.8.5 is definetly faster in my phone. 2.0 sometimes freezes for a couple of seconds (or more) and then does the job fine. But I like the 3 homescreens and the more options that 2.0 has. If you want speed and reliability, I would say, stay with 1.8.5.
if you want more options, settings, widgets, and 3 homescreens, get 2.0

Tethering and SIM card
Hello, it used to be that to tether with an Energy ROM we needed to have a SIM card in the phone.
I read some postings in the last few weeks thanking NRG for "fixing" the need for one; so I assumed that now it worked without a card. I tried it and I could not get it to work without a card.
Has anybody know if there is an actual "fix" or we still need the SIM card to tether the phone?

lots of additional sencity iconset also.

* this CAB will install the sencity styled icons for all the standard energy rom programs/folders. [ can be installed on any rom actually ]

not sure if that's what you where looking for or not.

Yes, every setting is correct.

I solved this issue by installing daylight saving patch from Microsoft (2009 DEC) and flushed appointment data and recovering good backup I had before.

No more problem it seems. Syncs fine with computer and all
