Interesting choice of word. Though it is correct, if I read stableness, I think of suitability for a stable full of domesticated animals. But it really means what the author meant, not likely to change, with a firm base; basically similar to stability. I just learned a new word, thank you!!!

Am I going to be the only one still using Sense like NRG makes it? I figured out that if I use 1.8.5 on 6.5.x, and don't let it store too many e-mails or text messages, it runs great, even without overclocking. Opera's problem with memory cured itself somehow.

It won't be easy to convince myself to flash a new one when it comes out.

I have a weird android problem. every time I install it, it runs fine the first time, and after that, it will never start again after I close it and reboot the phone. Anybody has had this problem?

I actually liked the look of some of those Actionscreen so I tried it too. I killed "HTCActionscreen.exe" first via Task Manager and then installed BT73_Dutty_Action_Screen_V2.cab without any problem after that.

For anyone looking to do this, be advised that it does change the behavior of some of the buttons that you may be used to with NRG's ROM (for example, WiFi and BT go into the respective apps, not a toggle). However, it was easy to go into the registry and change the "Path" location back:

"Path"="\Windows\WiFi_ON-OFF.exe"

very good info, i went back and killed htcactionscreen and then installed the new action screen cab and it did in fact work, and i went into the registry and changed the values to what you said but they still brought up the screens where i could <if i wanted to> turn on bluetooth and wifi instead of toggling them, not a biggie as i don't use the action screen anyways but i did like the looks of the new action screen, you have been thanked for that outstanding bit of information on turning off htcactionscreen as i wasn't even thinking of that lol.

Kill HTCActionScreen.exe again (or soft reset) and it'll magically work

03_Maxx134_BatterySavings_ReducePollingIntercals cab its actually 2.29k off the charger at 7am and back on with 5% batt at 3am. I also added the disable smart card and TVOUT driver cabs and it still seems to have the same times.. besides that i have the 07_neuBatt cab for the USB 900ma charging.

I installed the usb 900ma cab first then reset the device. Went into the software and enabled fast charge and nothing else. at that point it only reads batt in 10% blocks. I then went back and installed the batt polling cab and restarted again then installed the disable smart card and TV out. Can someone else try that on a fresh install of Energy.RHODCDMA.28244.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Nov.13.7 z and see if you get the same results please.
