im not sure i understand what ur exact problem is? is ur battry only showing in 10% increments? if yes go to nuebattery setting and check 'dont round percentages"
press ok and then wait in a bit it will show proper percentages

So did I read this all right that 28xxx is dead and a new release will come shortly with 23xxx (all still the wm6.5.x build)?
I just flashed to NRZ rom for the first time and used the 28xxx sencity theme. Liking it but having issues with the keyboard layout. I ran the carrier provision and selected VZW as I am on Verizon and it didn't update the keyboard mapping to verizon. Thanks.

I have the Nov 13 28244 TOG and it works very well for me. Everything seems to work, only a few small freezes. Battery is very good.
If the 23xxx is even better GREAT !!!!!!! Thanks NRG
