hey i need to replace the old sensity icons of 19th november rom to this 5th december... how can i do tat, is it with HTCRIE.. if yest then which all files or wat..

I just flashed to Dec 5 and all of my appointments are off by 1 hour.. freaked me out real good when my phone told me I'm late to appointments by 1 hour lol, anyone know solutions? I did search and all came up is daylight savings update and that didn't help at all

I just flashed to 12/01 ROM and as always it runs great but when I expand/open email through sense, I get a combination background and font that is impossible to read.

I have spent the morning trying to search web and forum for a solution. I am post call and maybe not selecting the best search term, but if anyone could suggest a way of changing the settings it would be greatly appreciated.

Since I do not see anyone with similar complaint I am tempted to just reflash the rom after task29, since this last flash I did not use it. Thanks in Advance

you would have to find out what manila files are what then copy them over to your phone/windows dir. Y would you want to go through all that????

yes either task29 of flash stock then reflash rom and that will solve your issues

I assume your clock is correct? His changelog for the Dec 1st version (which most likely carried over to the Dec 5th version) mentions "Disable Auto Timezone to help with "winter time" issue for european users". Not exactly sure what setting this is referring to, but you might want to check your Timezone setting (Clocks & Alarms).

in your opinion, is it really worth the move from 1.8.5 to 2.0? i'm a newb and don't know whether it's worth dumping a flash i did yesterday evening to just to go to 2.0.

if it is worth it, is there a way not to lose the settings i've made (like contacts, and email).

thanks for all the help here i just got my phone saturday and have already put on a custom rom and i'm quickly learning the prowess of cookie. i have to say it's pretty awesome.

well it all depends on whether your happy with 1.8.5, if it works for you then i would say stay with it, if you want 1.8.5 on steroids then 2.0 is for you, it has a lot more options that you can change and you can add home tabs and all kinds of things, but along with that it uses more resources, but you can switch your start menu layout and gain more resources <ram>, you can use pim backup to save and restore your contacts and emails, text messages and stuff and it saves it to your sd card and then once you flash you just run pim backup and instead of backup you restore with it and then all that stuff is restored.

This is the way i saw the first time using 2.0... 1.8.5 is like adding 2+2 in your head easy right?

2.0 was like tryin to do algebra in your head!!!! PIA if ya ask me!

But after paying with 2.0 for a day it became super easy to use and I love it!!!!

cuz i liked the 19th nov icons as they r sensity styled..
