you would have to find out what manila files are what then copy them over to your phone/windows dir. Y would you want to go through all that????

I have spent the morning trying to search web and forum for a solution. I am post call and maybe not selecting the best search term, but if anyone could suggest a way of changing the settings it would be greatly appreciated.
Since i do not see anyone with similar complaint i am tempted to just reflash the rom after task29, since this last flash i did not use it. Thanks in advance

yes either task29 of flash stock then reflash rom and that will solve your issues
