Odd "bug":

Running 21916. Go into Settings/More Settings/Sounds

Enable Hardware buttons. Exit.

Press the power button once to go into standby.

Every 5 seconds or so, you'll hear the click of a button press.

Looks like teradog beat me to the answer, but I'm almost certain that I am using #1.

Alright Im going to take your word for it and give this rom a try to see how it goes. Thanks.

Maybe I am missing something but I just flashed to the 23XXX Sep 20 Cookie build. I did a proper Task29 before I flashed like I always do. I check the memory and I had around 65 available. Next I enabled the compact start menu option. Let it reboot. And now I see the different start menu, but I still have around 65 of RAM free. What am I missing here?

Did you check "Disable windows start menu" in the settings?
