i had the same issue now i have to do this crazy lil jig to get it working,i have to let it try to connect and unplug from phone while "waiting for network",plug back up let it try and fail as it sits at "while waiting for network" again,hit the disconnect softkey,hit the connect softkey and wait a few seconds,then the cannot connect screen pops up and after i hit dismiss it's connected retarded i know but i use to have to do it on his touch pro roms as well lol

You need the newest version of cleanram and you need to tweak it. Go to cleanram config, select level 2 quality purge, then go to menu\Advanced GUI\and click on sense. Press Ok and you should be good to go.
