Found a small, yet annoying, little bug with the new max manilla 23554 rom. Whenever you're on the home tab, and then click over to the contacts tab, the soft keys from the home tab (action & menu) remain on the contacts tab. But if you click on the contacts tab from any other tab, the correct soft keys will be displayed. But besides that, it is very good and smooth. A little smoother that the cookie rom is.

I'm not having that issue at all..It displays the correct softkeys for me...

I like Max because you can do a lot of customizing and it also has the auto lock feature. Should I try the Cookie version or even the 23554 versions of the ROMs?

You need the newest version of cleanram and you need to tweak it. Go to cleanram config, select level 2 quality purge, then go to menu\Advanced GUI\and click on sense. Press Ok and you should be good to go.

Im able to change my background when i set maxmanilla to b and just click menu>home wallpaper and then portrait wallpaper..but one thing i noticed whenever i select a picture over 100 Kb and i have weather animations on..the screen freezes for a second multiple times and then starts working correctly but eventually then i lose my background and then all the tabs on landscape becomes compressed to left side of the screen

I am running the GTX rom from 04/08 (which I like a lot). My issue is email. I only run a hotmail/live account. And it only gets mail when I manually retrieve it (hit send and receive). I've tried to go into the settings, but the "hotmail" account is greyed out. Cannot edit it. I'm sure it's simple, but I can't find the answer.

anybody having any problem with facebook ??? i am on 08 gtx themed rom with sense 2.5.... when i go to login to my facebook under contacts or the facebook app itself, it gives me a connection error.... i cant login for some reason... everything else works good... any idea guys ???

goto ur inbox then tools/options, then select ur hotmail and select sync schedule..... hope it helps

Look under start-tools and you will find the editor. You can change quick links and other set ups
