Anybody have a fix handy to get rid of the generic signal icon in taskbar when no sim is in?

Also maybe a few would want a little stealth slider skin i made???

Am I missing something? Not do the maxsense? Its frontpage is nice, but it is not responsive. I enjoyed being in the ROM game on my Vogue, and my Touch Pro.. Custom worked great for those devices..

Wasnt responsive for me either, I tried it & it wasnt for me... CHT is where I will stay until a new update to maxsense is released, then maybe & thats a big maybe, I will give it another go. It wasnt just NRG's maxsense, it was maxsense period for me

Maybe try installing a custom taskbar to see if it will take care of that. If not check back around noon when the thread starts to wake up & Im sure somebody more knowledgable will know something

+1, love maxsense, especially since I dabble with the wife's EVO, but CHT is rocking the speed right now and loving the nostalgia with Quick Menu. "The circle is complete"

I have the same problem...Did not like the auto lock that DatBoiDame suggested, It works great just wanted to lock when I wanted it to not everytime the screen turned off. I used QMenu options to create a shortcut key Start>Quikmenu >Options>Command tab scroll down to Locki and then click on Create Shortcut... then I map a Cookie shortcut on home page to the new shortcut.. This works for me but still would like the long key press back (Worked prior to the Sept 18 Rom)

thanks, but compact menu option (icon) is not in settings.. in GTX 21xxx series sept.20

I guess you'll just have to download the QuickMenu cab (why is it all of the sudden called Compact Start menu now anyway?). It's been around since at least 28th October 2007. You may have to re-map the start menu button to open quickmenu with something like Ameba if you're using 6.5.x (hard to tell with 21xxx since some 216xx are 6.5.x and 219xx are 6.5 now).
