I do agree that in the past 2-3 days from flashing like crazy between all the version, and i didn't do a single flashdance, and haven't noticed any bugs because of this, i must say that i agree with other's mentioning this, that NRG roms are so bad a$$ and well made that it's not making quite such a big difference as long as your going from a NRG rom to an NRG rom, versus some other rom and then NRG or vise versa.

That is awesome about the flashdance. I'm still going to do it but that is just me.
I do it so I know I'm starting with a clean slate and reduce the options for troubleshooting later.

The choice is NO reflection on nrgz and the quality of his ROM's which are Da' Bomb! I'm not knocking him but as great has he is, even he cant control the potential random writing of a file/data to the wrong locaiton, which is what us Flashdancers are trying to avoid/correct.

The Chef himself reccomends the process for troubleshooting when it's random issues that no one else is having so we may have his blessing even if we are going to the Flashing Extreme

With it open tap that teeny, tiny little triangle next to the icon. There is a bit of a delay so it may take practice.

Yeah, I was changing it but it wasn't changing the keyboard. It's working now though. Not sure why. Same as the text send button I guess.

Oh, i TOTALLY agree about the important of flashdanding in general, i have proved it a few times myself to be true and not just a myth. I just wanted to point out how great the ROM is tuned and tweaked that i haven't had to use it every flash after personally hard testing, and no way meaning to tell someone NOT to flashdance. Always important still!!!! LOL. I test to the extreme with anything i do in life. Yeah, i just sent a message fine to myself, but sure as mentioned (without the 2 CAB's as you mentioned) it did the MMS fine, but never ended up sending and eventually error'd with "Couldn't send" message. Adding those 2 cabs to my SASHIMI cab install now. (I moved my previous ones to \skip\NRG2.1\ and dumped all my new 2.5 tested ones into the regular directory til it's complete again with 2.5. Thanks as always my friend.

Sorry buddy to hear your phone went scrape metal. But yeah, a blessing in disguise. after trying both new roms, there both great, but noticably faster in everything and many less lag with Nov.21864 rom compared to 23081. As much as I LOVE the 6.5.1 interface, i'm waiting til later to switch back from 21864. I don't care how much my TP2 NRG friend brags. Shame too, since the hardware specs are the same as mine. But then again, NRG has been doing the 2.5 roms longer and has had more time to optimize those speed differences. It's my guess why his runs nicer, not A LOT, but overall.

well i did figure one thing out about the manila messenger, when i sent a text off of a fresh hard reset, it sent the text right away, then after i imported all my texts, which was about 2300 total inbox and sent, it became super slow to the point of freezing the phone, or taking a long time to load all conversations. well i cleaned a lot out, down to about 800 now, and the manila messenger is def. faster and sends w/ no problems. thought i would share
