If you installed the cab with TF on, I would maybe try it again...with TF disabled. Might yield better results.
Ok, I will try that but I never had to do that b4 and never had problems.

Ok tried that and couldn't send out any texts. I have my wife's phone so I check that to see if my text are going through or not

In addition to my question about Seven Client not working.

Anyone else reccomend any push email client that can also do contacts and calendar?

Not sure what changed between nov4 and nov5 release to break it....

I really like the new 2.5 layout. Going back to the oct 28 version in the guide for now

I know...humor me. I'm pretty confident that when you make a modification to the look of TouchFlo and you don't disable it, strange things happen.

...like, all of a sudden you can't send texts...because you installed a clock. Just try it, if I'm wrong ignore me...but if I'm right...you'll have a killer clock AND be able to text.

We'll all win.

...have you messed with Google Sync? I would try to see if you can get your data to dump into a Google Account, then use Google Sync [works through Exchange] to get things rocking on your device. I've used it in the past to bypass Outlook to get my work emails and calendars.

Not sure of what limitations you'll find, but Google seems better integrated into our Winmo devices than Windows products.

i just wanna know.......is there going to be a REAL version of energyrom out any time soon....or should we just install old version,
the recent roms from the past few days basically take many of the smartphone options, and making it just a typical phone,
would have been nice to know that fact that these recent versions are all beta-ish, before trying them and trying to resolve them (thinking they were individual problems)

I'm pretty sure NRG mentioned these were not prime time releases, but that's no real matter.

He has several posted versions...if you're not comfortable working with Beta software, I would use a version known to be more stable than these newer builds. the Thread in my sig or Guide can walk you through a configuration of the Oct 28th release.

Manila 2.5 was recently released for our devices, but will need some work that is out of our Chefs hands, so it's undetermined how long it will be.

If you don't like playing with stuff to make it work, go with software that has been tested and is known to work.

on a side note, I tried one of the "TellMe" roms and it is pretty slick....hopefully we get that added in the future as well.
I agree with you on this one. I actually hate the recent icons of 6.5.1. I believe 10/25 still has them. I was actually thinking about going back to the Last September release with 6.5 NRG icons. I love the weather on the home screen and I love the Twitter integration on the Sense UI in 2.5 but it totally isn't worth the hassle.
