OK i've tried all of your updates and the only one that works correctly for me is oct15. every other one has the same problem, i dont recieve pictures when my buds send dem, no error messages either, they just dont come. is it because of my radio? if i update my radio will it erase my flashed setting by metropcs?

...how did you go about installing Picture Mail? There's a set of specific steps for getting MMS working properly. I have it working fine on the 23081 Build from Oct 25th...and have always had it working on previous builds.

Which build are you on now? ...and yea, lemme know what steps you took to install MMS.

Issues aside I'd recommend a radio upgrade. Solved some gps issue I had as well as made finding satellites faster.

Is anyone having a problem flashing oct 28 rom? everytime i do it wont leave the touch pro screen then it resets it self aand goes back to the touch pro screen. I just flashed back to the stock rom and tried again but same thing.

I got tired of manually putting in all the mms setting every rom change so of course i used ryans cab that installs everything for you, even if arcsoft is not installed regardless of which version of arcsoft i use the picture message never reaches my phone, even when there's no picmail app installed to open it. the only update that works with no major problems is the oct15 one! every other rom i used it worked fine, juicy, mighty, etc. im thinking maybe its my radio and if i update my radio will that help? which radio are u using and will it erase what metro did to flash my phone their network? this is by far the best rom ive ever used please help me resolve this

nope mine flashed fine just need to get my picture mail coming through, what radio are u using?

Yep, tried all of that. Like I said, this happened back in June with an older version of this Rom so I think there is a setting somewhere preventing the GPS from being at full power within the local area. Outside of my local area, everything works fine.

...take a walk with me [this is a wild guess]. Lets press the phone hard key to get into the dialer. Hit the Menu key and select "Options". Move to the "Services" tab. Get settings for "Network Service".

...is it set to Standard? Home Only or Roaming Only? [mine is set to Standard, which I think is what we want].

Next try checking Mode of Operation to see if it's set to "Hybrid"...this toggles EVDO.

Really those are just guesses. My experience traveling around with GPS is that functionality differed greatly in different parts of the country. It is possible that your GPS issues are location dependent somehow...but that wouldn't add up if everything was fine when you went to the stock ROM.
