Did you try it? Works fine for me and everyone else who's tried it... Manila doesn't vibe when you slide, only when you tap on tabs. And it's not an obnoxious vibe like the hardware key vibe, it's rather subtle.

actually, it doesnt fix it in this rom, i know it made vib on connect work on psykirom, but i loaded the cab u posted a while ago to get rid of annoying hardware key vib+vib on connect but it only got rid of keyboard vibration, i made a few calls afterwards and no vibration on connect with this rom, i thought that was working fine before but i didnt really notice or not

Also, did anyone notice that this rom does not respond to the stylus being in or out? There's no registry value under HKCU\ControlPanel\Keybd\ for StylusOutStatus. I know it's not my phone cause it worked fine on Juicy's rom

Did you try the regedit by hand? I'm pretty sure the cab sets the right key but you might want to double check.... It's possible that maybe the version of shared modules in this rom doesn't support it, that's the oem that is responsible, at least in my rom...

I don't have a want for vibrate on connect, but I did test this reg edit just for the sake of seeing if it worked, and I can confirm it doesn't on this rom. I did it manually, not using your cab. All well!

That's strange, I don't want to derail this thread too much but now I'm just curious, can someone open up a registry editor and tell me what version of shared modules is installed? You'll find it under HKLM\Software\OEM\MASD.

First off, holy crap this thread moves fast. Don't check it for a day and you have 15 pages of HOW IS VIBRATE FORMED?!

• After a dozen hard resets and a few re-flashes I can now consistently answer my phone.
• Alarms don't work for me. I'm using the default alarm program that is tied to the default clock.
• Using the reg edit to turn off the vibrate worked fine, but I still want the vibrate for the touch display. Turning this on in TouchPro Tweak does nothing. Actually nothing in TouchPro tweak seems to work for me and reading through the last 100 pages, I seem to not be the only one.
• There are a handful of goofy issues people have talked about, like getting stuck in the contacts, that I'm having as well. Unfortunately most of these posts were drowned out yesterday by people with sigs a mile long that couldn't read the last 3 pages and then spent more time whining about people being helpful. Now I see how forum NAZIs are born.
• GPS EXIF data is still not added to my pictures

As for better battery, try turning down the brightness. If you're not outside, you don't need it blasted super bright imo.

I tried this, and no matter what, my data connection doesnt seem to turn off. I always see the data arrows above my signal strength and it never ends. Any other suggestions by chance??

Is anyone experiencing issues with the YouTube app with the latest 6/30 release?
I can open the app and get listings of the Videos but when I try to play ANY I get and error stating "Cannot play this video."

I just did all my tweaks and User Customization and was about tp hard reset but if anyone else is having the issue then I'll just wait...
