This is what I am constantly offered. Just to make sure, is this the correct page where they offer you the phone? I just want to make sure that isn't the default message and later on the offer changes.

Just tried to do them both online, Assurion offered me refurb mogul, and sprint advance offered me the same thing
Defective Phone Model: UTSTAR PPC6800 QWERTY CAM Replacement Phone Model: REC UTStarcom PPC-6800 Handset Single so no dice for me...guess i'll wait for a couple months until they are out of refurb moguls (hopefully....) |

Placed my order 01/31/2008 and still have no tracking number or TP. I emailed Sprint today and here is their reply and my original Message:
Hello, We have checked on your order and found that your order# ETxxxxx was affected by a delay in our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in KY and due to severe winter weather conditions - there are power outages and delays in shipments and all phones should be shipped with an additional 1-2 day delay. If you have not received your phone by Thursday, February 5, 2009, please re-submit your email, so that we can further track your order. We apologize for the delay. like jmatteau, i emailed escalations this evening and then called tech support, they assured me that my phone is now shipped but would not give me a tracking number, so like yall, just waiting now....i did min on 1-31 as well, so that may be the issue, espically if they lost power and may have had some issues getting those orders through...
