like jmatteau, i emailed escalations this evening and then called tech support, they assured me that my phone is now shipped but would not give me a tracking number, so like yall, just waiting now....i did min on 1-31 as well, so that may be the issue, espically if they lost power and may have had some issues getting those orders through...
