Placed my order 01/31/2008 and still have no tracking number or TP. I emailed Sprint today and here is their reply and my original Message:

Hello,
We have checked on your order and found that your order# ETxxxxx was affected by a delay in our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in KY and due to severe winter weather conditions - there are power outages and delays in shipments and all phones should be shipped with an additional 1-2 day delay.

If you have not received your phone by Thursday, February 5, 2009, please re-submit your email, so that we can further track your order. We apologize for the delay.

The replacement phone is a HTC Touch Pro Handset Kit. I am unable to locate it on UPS.com via the tracking tool with the order number, any assistance would be appreciated.
