This worked for me!!! I tried all day yesterday and kept canceling the replacement request until the phone it told me that I would get was the HTC Touch Pro.

I got the confirmation email from sprint and my phone has already been sent out for delivery.

I can't wait to get my new phone.

As for the problem my phone had, for some weird reason whenever I would power down my phone completely, It would freeze on restart. I would have to do a manual pull of the battery leave it out for twenty minutes then insert it and it would work the right way maybe 3 out of 5 times. If not, it would start up the right way, but then when I would go to use my screen, it was acting like it was transparent and would select the underlying choice of the menu below it.

From restarting my phone one time, I now have some permanent pixels which are brighter then the rest of the screen.

Is my order number ESXXXXX my tracking number? How do i check the status of my order? I order it through Self Service Phone Replacement. I got an email saying im getting a TP.

I order it last night. Is that mean they haven't got my order yet?

you're going to have to wait. according to everyone its takes a while for it to update

They probably haven't shipped it yet. Check back at like 6pm tonight. I ordered last night as well and my tracking isn't showing up either.

Well, it could mean a few different things. But, they might NOT have used your ES##### as the reference. So I would just wait. Have patience, Sprint is trying to get people working phones.

I wonderif anyone else's package weight was 3,80lbs. I am really scared that its going to be another mogul

Well, if it is your not out anything. Sooner or later your going to be upgraded. I would be surprised if you get a mogul.

Maybe the extra weight because of packing material being used. Sometimes Sprint will stuff their box's and sometimes they barely put anything in there at all.

i hope that extra .40lbs is just packing material. I really dont want another mogul, this is my 3rd one and its been just as bad as my other 2.
