Through the website (https://indirect3.sprint.com/apps/ad...&FROM_SPRINT=Y), I was provided another 6800... So, I called Asurion (1-800-584-3666) and they wouldn't give me anything other than a refurbished 6800... I canceled both options before completion. Any suggestions?

I just went to Sprint Onilne Replacement and to no avail... still offering another 6800. My keyboard isn't working properly, but I guess I can deal with it for now and try again at a later date.

Just spent 45 minutes arguing with retentions that I have had too many defective Moguls (last one, a refurb within last 30 days, came with white spots!) and would like them to provide me with a "different" model. Threatened with leaving w/no ETF, and spoke to a Supv. Best I could do was get them to offer me a TP for $299.99. Supv. was VERY scripted and wasn't budging. Kept saying they would do another AE, but it's gonna be for another Mogul. I said "fine, let's continue to go in circles while I search for a new provider". Transferred me to Tech, who I tried one last ditch effort with. She let me speak, then said "Sir, as you were speaking, I was processing your AE and since we are currently out of Moguls, I can go ahead and send you a BRAND NEW TP! SWEEEET! A little bitter sweet though, as it took me a long time to learn the in's and out's of my Mogul - and now I have to do that all over again! But I hear it's worth it..... |

no activate it and then go into a service center. They may be able to replace it for you, if it is defective. Since they are currently replacing moguls with tp's I think the same would happen in your case with the "mogul like" phone. let us know how it works |
