Through the website ( https://indirect3.sprint.com/apps/ad...&FROM_SPRINT=Y), I was provided another 6800... So, I called Asurion (1-800-584-3666) and they wouldn't give me anything other than a refurbished 6800... I canceled both options before completion. Any suggestions?
