if you go into a service center after activating you do not have to wait 30 days if you phone is defective.

PHYSICAL / ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WOULD NOT BE COVERED BY THIS. Thats what assurion is for. But its definitely worth a try to stop activate and goto a service center.

On a side I recommend that everyone just pay the $7 per month for the protection plan. With these complex phones there is no reason not to. They machines, machines break. I can't speak to every situation but its been worth every penny I've ever paid to it

Charged $125 ?????

Will i be charged $125?

My Mogul has a bad charging port, non working green answer button, and white spot on my lcd.

However i think i read somehwere BAD CHARGING PORT is considered DAMAGE BEYOND REPAIR??!?!


Is this true?

Hey all. I used the self service website yesterday and they were giving out touch pros (yay!). My Titan has been been acting shoddy lately, so I figured I would try for a free touch pro and got lucky.

I was just wondering how long after you get the confirmation email should I recieve a tracking number? I placed the order probably around 5-6 last night. It's been over 24 hours and I haven't heard anything from them. How long does it usually take to process and order and get the phone out?

yes im glad they have allowed ppl to get out of their moguls and into their TP's...of course out of the box this phone is horrible...but im running MightyMike's Rom 4.12 and honestly i cant find anything wrong with it...its smooth fast and has everything on it any user would need. so when yall get your TP check out his ROM. it will definitely create a good customer experience with that on your TP

I just went to the self serve site to see about getting a Touch Pro to replace my mogul, but the following is what it says I'll get. Looks to me like they're sending Refurb Moguls. Has anyone else seen this only to be surprised by a new Touch Pro when it arrived, or are they really sending refurbs out now?
