I was able to finally get in touch with Tech Support who said they have absolutely no trace of my order. I asked if ERxxxxx was their typical order number and they said yes, but they can't find mine. She said she could place another order but since the TP is backordered, she'd have to order a different device (Diamond maybe?). She did say that maybe the order hasn't shipped yet since it's on backorder and that's why there's no trace of it.
I guess I'll wait til Tuesday to see if I get any packages. I'm starting to think this was all just a screw-up on Sprint's part and instead of fulfilling orders as promised they're just mysteriously "losing" them...

Just got off the phone with asurion because i couldnt track my order and they assured me that i was approved and it will be here tomorrow so hopefully they weren;t lying and ill have my new phone tomorrow

yeah, i just got thru chatting thru the website support with sprint and she gave me the ups tracking #. its weird though because i never got the email confirming the order like the others....? oh well. come tuesday i will be born again

I also just got an email from Sprint with a confirmation number...Touch Pro coming on Tuesday! YAY!

this thread was specific to sprint customers i think.....but if your insurance is still thru asurion then ALOT of people have posted that they have ran out of moguls right now (wait time 7-10 days for moguls)and are offering diamonds and 800w when people say they cant wait that long.

True but I think that even though they are out of the mogul, they still have verizon's titan in stock, verizon still offers it on their website, and they don't sell the diamond, only the Touch Pro

ok i did the self advance exchange thing, i received a confirmation email stating the replacement device was a touch pro but when i called tech support they said the replacement device was a mogul. I did call tech support before i did this self thing. My question is should i leave like it is and see what happens or should i call tech support back and cancel the order that was placed when I called earlier? I had no idea about the self advance exchange until i read on here. I really want the pro!! any help is appreciated.
