Well, after trying a bit, I called the only official Sprint store where I live, which is not a repair shop. They said that if there's a problem with it, other than damage, then they can order a replacement for me. I asked her if she would be able to swap it out at the store and she said no, because they just did phone upgrades. Then she told me she could order a refurbished Mogul. I asked her if there was any way she could guarantee me a NON-refurbished phone. She said no, that if they have them in stock, that's what they have to order. I asked her what would she do if there were no refurbished phones in stock for her to order (which I knew the answer) and she said she would order a new, non-refurbished, one or order me an upgrade. So, basically focused on that for a second and she placed the order for a refurbished Touch Pro. I figure that if it's bad, I can try to swap it for a new touch pro.

The thing is, this will actually help because my Send button has not been working, along with a few other keypad buttons. Then while leaving work, I noticed that for the second time that day, my phone locked up while in the idle mode. I was unable to bring it back and was unable to power it down without removing the battery. Sooo... that has happened 3 times today (which has never happened before), and I will be relieved if a Touch Pro actually does arrive on Friday...
