Well I ended up dropping my Mogul and cracking the screen. I did the online claim through assurian (whatever), and they replaced my Mogul with a Brand New TP. Got it in 2 days. So far, I don't really like it though, but I guess I have to just get use to it.

does this work for the 6900 touch's? because my phone keeps turning on and off and you have to hold the cable for the phone to charge and im not receiving a refurbed touch....

i just had sprint replace my mogul (wifi wasnt working and it kept shutting of on its own)


the refub i recieved already shut off on its own and it seems like the touchscreen is a little off...-_-

would the easiest way to get the tp through insurance be to just file the claim..and if they send the tp break mine and send it in?

has anybody seen a pattern in the availability of the tp with the self service exchange? the last set was on sunday night. has anybody got any info from calling in to customer service? i've been checking several times a day and keep getting the same old refurb.

i've been checking too. i think it caught up with the past few weeks of moguls being returned....only getting mogul as replacement on self service site.

The same with mine. This is the 4th phone Sprint has delivered to me over the years and UPS has never even bothered to get a signature. I suppose if I was a tool like a lot of people here I could just keep it for spare parts and tell them to send me another one, but I found out it's waiting for me at home and I can't figure out how to get out of work quick enough to get home and get it. This is going to be better than se... well almost better. I think I'm officially a PPCGeek now. I believe I am pathetic.
