question....for those who have recevied you phone, how long from the first confirmation email did it take...I did it on Sat. at around 6:00p central, when should i expect the phone...
also, i am trying to track it with the UPS reference thing, but it is not working either, somone had mentioned it won't show up for 24 hours, i assume this is business days as well... |

Alright looks like im in a pickle with the rest of us
was very excited about being offered a TP on the website, however when I called after receiving my email (waited 40 hours) its not in their system at all, one lady said she seen my number, but no other information about it. I know a few others have this issue, has anyone resolved it? |

It took me about 36 hours or so before I had any info on my order. I would give it till tomorrow afternoon. Have you gotten your confirmation e-mail yet?

alright I called and was sent all around today
Customer Care had no clue what the Self Service Solutions Tool was, they seen my order number ( the ET one) however couldnt see anything else they told me this is part of Tech Support and I need to go through them well I called tech support a few times and was disconnected should i just wait? I have the confirmation email however I head stories about people getting their TP before receiving their Tracking Information email hmmm still no tracking email, maybe I should wait... |

in the same boat. did the online thing on sat eve.. which may be the issue, i got my confirmation email almost immediately, but being saturday evening, adn then sunday, I really don't expect to hear anyhting until monday, well, monday is here is almost gone and UPS has no info, but hoping i have a gift on tuesday whe i get home.
