that it is .. but i had to make it seem like i didnt want the phone and make it seem like i wanted a brand new mogul .. we shall see when i go home tomorrow from school if my phone will be on my bed!!!

they gave my girl a refurbed model as well...i think they either caught on or just ordered a bunch of refurbs to replace defective devices with! im happy i did this and got a extra touch pro for the hell of it..and sold it for $400..yess!

Guys, don't think that the Mogul's that were sent in a week ago are already back in the system as refurbs. They aren't cycling that fast. Just be patient and you'll get the TP when it's available. Keep trying. That's what I did for over 2 weeks. But as of mid-December Sprint was still shipping new-in-box Moguls. I know because I got one. And from the first second there were white spots. Once the sync port started to flake out, I decided to wait for awhile hoping to get the TP. They will be refurb'ing these for another month or so, at the least, so it's just going to be a matter of timing. EOL means they aren't getting them new anymore, but refurbishing them is a different story. As long as HTC supports them with parts they can keep fixing bad units.
By the way, I got my TP last night when I got home and I'm so gay for this phone I haven't even activated it yet. If I do I'll have to contaminate it by touching it to make a call. It's almost a work of art. |

sprint is sending me a 4th refurb mogul and they say the only way i can cancel my request for it is to refuse delivery of the package that contains it. a customer service supervisor assured me that they are putting an end to anyone getting touch pros instead of moguls and that I will ESPECIALY never get one through them. ALSO I can no longer use the self exchange page to even check if i can get a touch pro because it says the "maximum number of transactions for my phone have been completed" after i enter my serial #. i hate sprint hold music
if i make a phone claim at asurion and pay the 55$ and say i lost it (after i unload a clip into my mogul) are they going to replace it with a TP? i have insurance |
