That means they have refurbs in stock. If they don't have them, then the replacement is a TPro. This has been true as long as the mogul went EOL. It's just that now the pool of refurbs is drying up a bit.
Try a couple times a day, different times.
This isn't magic or new. It's always been here. Sprint will check out the device you send back and determine if its defective as you report, so its better to have some issue then not.
