I tried this and it said they were going to send me another refurbished mogul.
What did i do wrong?

Well, they would prefer to replace a broken Mogul with a non-broken Mogul. The only reason you would get something better was if your Mogul was faulty and they have no Mogul to replace it with. In that case they will send you the closest current device. Since Mogul stocks are low, some people who exchange broken Moguls are now getting Touch Pros since that is the current equivalent device.

Don't accept - try again later. Repeat until there are no moguls.

You can leave instructions on your door for UPS to have a neighbor sign for it. Just make sure it's clearly visible and write "UPS" on it in big letters.

Jeeze my UPS guy practically tossed mine over the gate and ran for it. He had the truck started before I could even get to the door.

Joys of telecommuting.

The same with mine. This is the 4th phone Sprint has delivered to me over the years and UPS has never even bothered to get a signature. I suppose if I was a tool like a lot of people here I could just keep it for spare parts and tell them to send me another one, but I found out it's waiting for me at home and I can't figure out how to get out of work quick enough to get home and get it. This is going to be better than se... well almost better. I think I'm officially a PPCGeek now. I believe I am pathetic.

Well I ended up dropping my Mogul and cracking the screen. I did the online claim through assurian (whatever), and they replaced my Mogul with a Brand New TP. Got it in 2 days. So far, I don't really like it though, but I guess I have to just get use to it.
