Guys, don't think that the Mogul's that were sent in a week ago are already back in the system as refurbs. They aren't cycling that fast. Just be patient and you'll get the TP when it's available. Keep trying. That's what I did for over 2 weeks. But as of mid-December Sprint was still shipping new-in-box Moguls. I know because I got one. And from the first second there were white spots. Once the sync port started to flake out, I decided to wait for awhile hoping to get the TP. They will be refurb'ing these for another month or so, at the least, so it's just going to be a matter of timing. EOL means they aren't getting them new anymore, but refurbishing them is a different story. As long as HTC supports them with parts they can keep fixing bad units.
By the way, I got my TP last night when I got home and I'm so gay for this phone I haven't even activated it yet. If I do I'll have to contaminate it by touching it to make a call. It's almost a work of art.
