this is insane, i did the advance exchange on sat eve, and still no phone as of tuesday??? yet there are people here who did the advance exchange on sunday or monday and already have a phone, this makes no sense to me, how is that possible, I got my first email almost right away but have not received a second......

im going crazy, igot a faulty phone and i have no idea when the replacement is showing up...

for those that got the phone right away from dong the ticket on sunday or monday, do live near kentucky, i'm in KC, why it is taking so long, is it possible my order is lost, is there anyone that i can call without screwing it up???

Yes, I ordered it online.

And actually, I got an email right away with the confirmation when I originally did it and it showed directly in the email that I would be getting a Mogul, serial number included. So there wasn't really any surprise to NOT getting a Touch Pro for my replacement. I was disapointed, but will just have to wait until June to be eligible for my 2 yr upgrade.

However, now that Sprint is sending me a "new phone", maybe I will get lucky. What are the chances that they have new Moguls on the shelf to send me? I'm hoping I get a Touch Pro simply based on the night mare I had to go through for 3 hours trying to get the replacement phone replaced.
