Hello to everyone again I took my Touch Pro to repair and they could not do nothing they said they will order another phone for me and it will be there by friday but they never game a list of phones that i could replace it with or anything like that they just say we will order your replacement for you will call you back when its here... hope they just order a TP2 to me and not a refurbish Touch Pro. Ill let everyone know what happened.. also about Advance Exchange can we ask for that at the sprint store???? since the webpage does not let us do it anymore....

I just got off the phone with a "Device Replacement Specialist" after swapping my phone for another touch pro again! She put a ticket on my account & told me I can swap it for a different model but wouldn't tell me which models I could swap it for, told me "it depends on the store!" But every store I call tells me they are out of stock & won't be in till January!!!!!! Told me the only way I could get one is if I order it online! I live in Michigan & EVERYWHERE I go they tell me that same thing! Has anyone else in Michigan had any luck on this one?!

I went to an authorized store to replace my crapping out pro yesterday, my 3rd one. They gave me the "list" offered in replacement, NOT including the touch pro 2 so i just ordered a replacement TP. Today I called *2 to check my order status from the e ticket recieved in store. The guy said "that it was pending on stock, basically they are sending you a different phone." I did NOT authorize a different phone from their ****ty list, just out of curiosity has this happened to anyone else? If so, did you get a TP2? Last edited by mp3ster; 10-27-2009 at 07:06 PM. |

I know what you mean but I have heard that many people are reveiving a list so they can choose the phone that they want it to be replace with
