took 1 chat 2 emails, and one phone call got my pro2 for 199.00 when all said and done woo hoo thanks for the help guys and i do not have a corporate account

Well I finally got my $150 credit...

I had called retentions last week, they basically said they dont price match, and that Sprint plans are cheaper...blah, blah, blah.

When asked if my issue was resolved, of course I said no. She went to transfer me to her next level, I didn't have time to fuss w/ it so I hung up. Next day, wife got a VM from the "next level", then we played phone tag for 3-4 days, then never heard back.

Last night I sent an email to ecare & said this:

my account balance now shows -$150

I plan to call this weekend about it at the advice of my local business Sprint rep. He is also claiming that it's actually the 11th that the drop is being made official for all. He's a good sales rep and takes care of my needs, but I don't really know how "in the know" he is on the matter either.

LOL i do not believe that for 1 second.I believe you heard that but it is not going to happen.Sprint is NOT going to drop it on the web site as it is selling for 349.99 to people who have no clue.My cousin who works at a center said he is selling loads of them and the web site is also at 349.99 in noway are they going to drop it on there website.They made a stupid mistake and gave it to the reps who have no clue and they are giving it to people who like many of us are not suppose to get it at 199.99.

Bottom line again is this was for corp accounts and some reps are thiking it is for all.That is why some people take 5 calls and some 1 and some never.

We did not need your rumor one either that was false but we have it.We did not need the other one that looks almost like it.But hey we got 4 why not.

This one has been around a day or 2 now not really new.

Your thread title said they were doing a price drop the first and guess what that did not happen.

But a bunch of clueless reps are giving them out to people who should not get them.

We had a thread about calling up sprint and getting them to price match Verizon long before your rumor thread came along.
