Well I finally got my $150 credit...
I had called retentions last week, they basically said they dont price match, and that Sprint plans are cheaper...blah, blah, blah.
When asked if my issue was resolved, of course I said no. She went to transfer me to her next level, I didn't have time to fuss w/ it so I hung up. Next day, wife got a VM from the "next level", then we played phone tag for 3-4 days, then never heard back.
Last night I sent an email to ecare & said this:
Quote:
Hello, recently I purchased the Touch Pro 2 for line
xxx-xxx-xxxx. Shorty after receiving the phone, we were informed that
Verizon wireless sells the same phone for $199, which is $150 less than
Sprint. I was told by a CS agent that Sprint would match the Verizon
price but I would have to wait until Oct 1. Is this something you can
take care of?
