It seems like it all depends on what mood the rep is in on the day you contact them...........

This will be the last time I buy from ppcgeeks (nothing personal just dont like the process) or anything from Seidio. I cannot use my holster anymore either because of this. Cannot believe they made this thing SO cheap. I just bought my case back in the middle of January. I am severely ticked though.

Mackie and John, read post 7, it explains why we're not having good luck with Seidio's CS... we must not be letting them know were professionals. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=117010

Got an email response back in one day.

They want me to send the broke part in and then they will process a new one out in 2-3 weeks. So I asked if they could send me the new part first as I hate being without protection.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Seidio = as much value as buying HDMI monster cables. You can buy better/cheaper/better designed products. Their reputation with me has been bad since almost four years ago. I will never buy from them again. Their ONE RMA person is ALWAYS out to lunch (literally) you can call their receptionist (whom I suspect is someone's girlfriend since I imagine they're working out of someone's house) and even she says that.

Seidio=fail.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Sorry but I have to disagree, mobihand is just as bad as Seidio. I have been back and forth with their stupid email process since last Friday. One guy tells me to call Seidio and then I get another email where they are gonna refund the amount of the innocase surface back to my method of payment. One problem with that is my card was hijacked a few weeks ago due to using it at a gas pump and my bank sent me a new card. So I replied back to them and asked how they were gonna refund a bankcard that is no longer active. I have yet to get a response to that question and probably wont. I can't even find a case at Walmart or anywhere in my area to use for now until this gets resolved. I don't have time to email back and forth, Seidio still has not replied to my RMA either. This is completely jacked up and I can promise you I will not ever suggest someone order a product through anyone that uses mobihand or someone that is thinking of buying a Seidio accessory.

UGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!

EDIT: Just got this email, UNREAL!!!! how do they think they got the request??????? SERIOUSLY?? You got to be kidding me!!! Already filled out and provided all this, what a crock!

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Was going to go Seidio for my TP 2 but paid $5.25 on ebay shipped and I love my case. It is not worth $30. Honestly $30 is way too much. You can buy 5 cases for that price which will out live your $30 case. It is all plastic no matter what you buy, also mine has a rubberized feel to it with a tight fit. It is perfect. Plus I got 2 screen protectors for free. Check it out:

I don't work for this guy but I really think that his case for the TP2 is awesome. Sorry to hear about your bad service but I hope that next time
you think about how much a shell for your phone is REALLY worth. Not saying this to upset you but I 've had a lot of phones and cases are just an overpriced accessory usually marked up a couple thousand percent in stores.
Just some food for thought,
Take Care.

You think the TP2 with this case will fit in the innocase holster? If so, I am going this route. Working with mobihand and Seidio is just not working out.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Just try it out, there is a small bump on the back in the middle of the shell though so it may not....buy for 5.25 you really have nothing to lose. After 5 or so phones, cases just provide protection for the phone (as long as it does not look terrible), nothing more....
by the way once you have the shell on there, plan to keep it on because there is no easy way of taking it off without breaking the clips, happened on my touch pro one... Good Luck!

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Just a fast question on that ebay case posted above. I bought an ebay case before I bought the Seidio one (which broke after 5 months) and noticed on the ebay one that it wasn't properly painted on the edges, they showed white and really looked bad.

Can you confirm these are painted throughly or is there a white edge where the clips are?

Thanks for the link.

A black permanent marker will fix that easy enough.
