Let me get this straight... you're saying they have bad customer service because they are making you wait 2-3 weeks for the replacement? I'm not really sure that is bad customer service. It sounds more like an unfortunate situation...

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Just got an e-mail from Seidio telling me to ship my defective parts back to them and they will look into it and let me know... um, no thanks. I've got it glued together with super glue... I'm not sending it back in because then it will be unprotected for weeks and my holster won't fit. I'm just gonna send them back a response saying thanks but no thanks, I'll use it til it's unuseable and will then no purchase another Seidio. No big deal since it's glued together, but I'm not going weeks without it for them to look at it and then send me a new one... just my .02

I got that exact same email from Seidio when the Innocase on my xv6800 broke (the clips failed from too many battery swaps)

I see people praising their CS but it seems they are inconsistent. There are just as many people unhappy with their CS as there are happy people.

It seems like it all depends on what mood the rep is in on the day you contact them...........

My thoughts exactly... I swear that's exactly what went through my head when I read the e-mail compared to some others responses... Must have been in a bad mood when they got my response. LOL Lesson learned, I won't be giving them my cash when I need another holster for it.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

I filled the RMA out and haven't heard anything in a week. I don't really care, the only problem I am having is the top left tab on the front protector is a little too short. It doesn't reach the back of the screen unless I push hard on it, but it will not stay there. I was thinking of gluing it, and still might do that. I will give seidio a chance to respond, but after a year, I am gluing it on!!! I guess I have lots of patience.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

I have the case and holster. Bought them thru amazon. The front part broke where the phone says HTC like others have reported. I just filled out the RMA request. It appears that this is a defect and will keep breaking every 4 months or so.

Don't forget to leave a review on amazon. I just did.

Just got off the phone with one of their CS reps. I was very nice and told her that I spent $50 buying the case and holster and now that I want it fixed, I need to send it back to them to prove to them it's defective, thus leaving my phone unprotected and I need to get a new holster for time being since the one I bought won't fit without the case. I politely told her to cancel the RMA and forget about it, I'll deal with the crack and will never purchase Seidio again. I also told her there's a number of complaints about this specific problem and that if their CS is so hit or miss on handling the issues, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I told her no hard feelings, I just don't agree with their CS. She then told me she'll have the parts shipped to me and that I can just send back the defective part once it's received. Still not happy with them, there's no need to have to go through this everytime you have a problem.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

The front cover on my Innocase Surface cracked in half as well but superglue won't even hold it back together. I used the link through the ppcgeeks store and emailed them last week, I have only received one reply and that was they were forwarding my email to the accessory department. This will be the last time I buy from ppcgeeks (nothing personal just dont like the process) or anything from Seidio. I cannot use my holster anymore either because of this. Cannot believe they made this thing SO cheap. I just bought my case back in the middle of January. I am severely ticked though.
