I see people praising their CS but it seems they are inconsistent. There are just as many people unhappy with their CS as there are happy people.
It seems like it all depends on what mood the rep is in on the day you contact them...........

Just got off the phone with one of their CS reps. I was very nice and told her that I spent $50 buying the case and holster and now that I want it fixed, I need to send it back to them to prove to them it's defective, thus leaving my phone unprotected and I need to get a new holster for time being since the one I bought won't fit without the case. I politely told her to cancel the RMA and forget about it, I'll deal with the crack and will never purchase Seidio again. I also told her there's a number of complaints about this specific problem and that if their CS is so hit or miss on handling the issues, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I told her no hard feelings, I just don't agree with their CS. She then told me she'll have the parts shipped to me and that I can just send back the defective part once it's received. Still not happy with them, there's no need to have to go through this everytime you have a problem.
