question im sending in my WSRMA form its asking for the part number have no idea how to get it.. its for the front part of seidio innocase for sprint touch pro 2,any links or anyone know the #? thank you

you have to find the product code on the website, that is what I did.

Why they ask us for that is beyond me, I think PPCGEEKs store should have provided that to me when I ordered but they didn't. I had to go find it myself.

I finally got my RMA approved and I sent it priority mail on Friday, they got it Monday and emailed me Tuesday to say they received my package and processing the RMA.

Lemme guess, the top left clip broke off so the facing doest hold tight to the phone anymore? It's an educated guess cause rthis is exactly what just happened to me. The little clip that hold the top piece flush to the phone broke off, near the power button, so I am in the process of doing an RMA replacement since I am within the 180 days.

For the part number, I used the part number of the case only not the combo pack that I bought, since I am not sending the belt clip back(and they came as 2 separate items in the original bshipment).

My whole top piece broke in half...wasnt just a clip. lol it was pretty ugly.

Seems like I always hear the top part cracking and breaking off... same thing happened to my seidio case for the Mogul way back. Thinking I'm going to pass on them this time. Any other good cases for the TP2 that are similar?

While I have been caseless, I went to a Verizon store, to Walmart, a Sprint store, best buy.......didn't find nothing...Best Buy in Daytona Beach, FL acted like they didnt know what a Touch Pro 2 was. lol I am just carrying it in my hand for now with a screen protector on it.

Guess I am not the only one who has had the issue of the top left corner tab wearing off. When I talked to Seidio they told me it was not a common issue or complaint they were aware of, which sounded like bs to me as this has happened twice to me already since November. The first time they sent me a replacement right away without me sending anything back. This time they are making me send the Innocase back before shipping a new one. They told me I could just buy another one if I didn't like the option of waiting on the RMA process. I haven't gotten around to shipping it back yet, guess I better before my RMA number expires and I have to go redo the form and wait 3 days for them to answer again.

I loved the part in the email that said my RMA# was only good for 7 days .... lol it took them several weeks to get back to me but I only have 7 days.

yea i contacted them the other day my corner cracked too and i got my case in January and they couldn't find me in there system i think we all should just contacted the better business bureau and it they have a lot they will have to do something
