Yeah, mine broke too.

I just use the bottom part now.
Is anyone on here a lawyer? Maybe we could get a class action suit going here. lol!

Mine broke in the upper left corner of the face piece this weekend. Got about 1 year use from it. I have a similar two piece case that I bought on ebay when I first got my TP2, before seidio had their cases out. It fits right into the seidio spring clip holster.

I have had seidio case/holders on three different windows phones and never had a problem before. The TP2 case definately has a design or manufacturing flaw, for all of us to have it fail in the same spot.
