Wirelessly posted (Opera 9.7 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en))

update on my situation:
After reading this thread i checked my case and it was cracked as well i bought my case off of amazon.com so i logged on my amazon account took a screenshot(pdf format) then filled out the rma my rma would expire in seven days so i just wrapped the case in bubble wrap put it in an envelope with two stamps and mailed it in(just the front part) today i received a brad new case front and back.I did contact them once because it asked for the part number(i thought was different then item number)i went on a bit of a rant in the email(with the allowed letters.)
I wouldnt say they have bad customer service but they do need improvements and making things easier when Their products are faulty.

p.s i had purchased a $5 clear case off amazon before i went with seidio case so the front of my tp2 was never in danger.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

I also bought from Amazon, they sent me a new one that fits perfect and I returned the old one.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

i already got one replacement case.... the new case just broke again in the same spot. if they only last about 2 months and i have to pay about a buck each time to ship it i am better off buying a different case that will work better.... used to love their stuff but it seems like the quality at fit have gone way downhill

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

I used to be a big supporter for Seidio, but no more..
aside from poor CS on the phone.. they have the extended battery (3500ma) but no clip for it.. (like with the TP and the Mougal) I ask them W T F and they said sorry... too bad..
how can youoffer a big batt with out a way to carry it.. and no I dont want the leather Holster.. I want a spring clip... there were other annoyances, but i wont go into detail..

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

I was using my TP2 today and the damn case cracked, in the upper left front piece like everyone else. I bought mine though Amazon so I am going to try the WSRMA.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Add me to the list of people having the problem with the defective/weak upper left hand corner. We have two TP2's and we bought two seidio Innocase cases @ over $30 each directly from Seidio. Both cases broke in the upper left hand corner. I sent them in for replacement in April, they sent back replacements....now in Aug the replacements broke once again in the upper left hand corner, again on both phones. They have a serious problem with that upper left hand corner. I then contacted them for a replacement for the 2nd time, and they refused stating they have not received any complaints about this problem. Looks like I wasted over $60 on worthless Seidio cases. Going to try for the ebay case. From the pictures it has huge tabs that look much stronger.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

get a boxwave silicone case.... it will still fit in the holster, its silicone so if you are always popping your case off to swap cards, sims or batteries it isn't going to break any tabs.... and it gives you more impact protection than a Seidio or other hard case would IMHO. got mine from boxwave for like 20 bucks.... best case ever!

+1 on the Silicone case, I got mine from eBay, but it is the same, works great. I think the softer cushion will help better for the "shock" factor. and BTW, the second case I got from Amazon (Seidio) the top left tab broke in about 2 weeks. SO I tossed it in the trash, did not care to go through it a third time.

They lie!! I even sent them a link here to show them there is a problem. And most folks just toss it have the 2nd one dies the same death.

Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

I'm on my 4th case. Same thing - top left corner of the top case. I called Seidio to buy just the the top case and was told that I need to buy the whole thing! The last one was just three months old. Serious, serious product control problems. I love the design and hate the quality. I think I'm done with Seidio. They have a problem that they refuse to recognize!
