Re: seidio = bad customer service ?

Guess I am not the only one who has had the issue of the top left corner tab wearing off. When I talked to Seidio they told me it was not a common issue or complaint they were aware of, which sounded like bs to me as this has happened twice to me already since November. The first time they sent me a replacement right away without me sending anything back. This time they are making me send the Innocase back before shipping a new one. They told me I could just buy another one if I didn't like the option of waiting on the RMA process. I haven't gotten around to shipping it back yet, guess I better before my RMA number expires and I have to go redo the form and wait 3 days for them to answer again.
