you have to find the product code on the website, that is what I did.

Why they ask us for that is beyond me, I think PPCGEEKs store should have provided that to me when I ordered but they didn't. I had to go find it myself.

I finally got my RMA approved and I sent it priority mail on Friday, they got it Monday and emailed me Tuesday to say they received my package and processing the RMA.
