I got that exact same email from Seidio when the Innocase on my xv6800 broke (the clips failed from too many battery swaps)

I see people praising their CS but it seems they are inconsistent. There are just as many people unhappy with their CS as there are happy people.

It seems like it all depends on what mood the rep is in on the day you contact them...........
