I have the case and holster. Bought them thru amazon. The front part broke where the phone says HTC like others have reported. I just filled out the RMA request. It appears that this is a defect and will keep breaking every 4 months or so.

Got an email response back in one day.
They want me to send the broke part in and then they will process a new one out in 2-3 weeks. So I asked if they could send me the new part first as I hate being without protection.
