There really isnt a "fix" right now. I just use battclock on top of the battery icon.

+1 on that.
can any one explain what the exe files are in task manager , so we can kill the apps we dont use? I am a noob as far as the actual programming of windows goes so a little help there will be awesome.
Also I have noticed a lot of us are getting onto SPB.
Would be nice if we could flash all roms with spb and make a detailed info for the amount of Ram free.
In my opinion sometimes SenceCity Roms are more stable with SPB than Titanium (tho the free program space may be less...havent figured out why that happens....also reference roms are the same..more stable than titanium...
If a lot os us are using spb as the main shell then maybe it will be better to log experiences on different NRG roms and SYS builds.
BTW NRG please try & make a spb shell rom!!!!!!!! Just for the fun of it?

like for eg what does cprog.exe do? gwes.exe? It will help to understand the process as well.......

but the free program space makes me stay on titanium....
btw i yet have to use HTCRIE for removing programs tho i have tried that on sence city and it wasnt very stable. I must have removed some important files....dunno

I don't think so. I have visual voicemail on my Verizon TP2. It's a Verizon specific cab that relies on Verizon's servers. If visual voicemail is available from Sprint, I suspect it's available as a separate feature (I think it's about $3/month at VZW).

Best of luck.

hey are any of you guys running android on energyrom? i was using "project android" on sprint 6.5 now i cant get it to work on nov 13th 6.5 dinik/cht 2.0. what are you guys using?

also, i have a issue with the built in htc video player. it will not show any video but you can hear the audio. then i am unable to close the app after this. i have to use ram sweeper and a few seconds after ram sweeper finishes my tp2 reboots on its on. ram sweeper has never made my tp2 reset, only does it when i use it to close the video player. ive had this issue on nov 2nd, 8th, and 13th roms. i recently found out my gsensor doesnt work, would that break the video player?

Not really working for me, seems like when I open things then close them I never get the MB back. After texting, internet, and phone calls I am at 54MB free and it never goes back up. Just put PP back up to 18 to see how that works.
Ok so I just did the following tests:

-clean install of Nov 12 (28244) titanium (0 pagepool) & SPB mobile shell 3.5.5, compact start menu

Fresh bootup = 104,180 k of free memory
-Opened Opera 10 = now 72,452 k of free memory
-minimized Opera 10 & also opened resco explorer = now 70,267 k of free memory
-minimized Opera 10 & Resco ex. and now opened Tomtom = 57,096k of free memory
- closed tomtom = 70,080 k of free memory
-closed resco explorer = 71,496k of free memory
-closed Opera 10 = 102,716k of free memory

It should be noted I choose the programs exit function and did not force close.

It appears that memory loss (if existant) is little. You do regain your ram when you close programs. My guess is probably you're losing that little bit due to caching (normal)

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.7 (WindowsMobile; PPC; Opera Mobi/35267; U; en; Presto/2.1.1))

Looked through this thread as well as the GTX thread on XDA, but I haven't seen a solution to a graphic glitch I am getting on the 28244 Nov 13 GTX Cookie 2.0. When using the context menus on the messaging and email widgets, as well as when editing the home screen, the context menu shows up as a dark (almost black) background instead of the white/gray gradient that was present in the Nov 8th build. I've done the flash dance, task29, etc - I no longer have the Nov 8th build saved (foolish move). Has anyone else seen this?
