all i can suggest is doing a google search for footprints and see if there is a cab out there for it, look in the paperclip for the thread, i just did a search on NRG's download page and he doesn't have it, like i said if there's one out there it should come up with a search.

You shouldn't need a cab, you should have an option to switch start menus in the settings.

I need a cab. It's not included in MaxSense.

My phone acts like it is sending a pic but it does not actually send anything. I tried installing the cab listed above but it didn't fix anything. I can receive pics just fine. I can also upload to facebook.

Anyway, here's a nice program that allows you to adjust 1-5 rows in the start menu. You have to edit the .cpr files in the SYS to change it, but this program does it for you.

well i don't use windows live or anything, i use IMAP and i check that manually, why can't you set yours up to check manually instead of push if it's using that much of the battery up, or look through your settings and mess with things, nothing like searching around your phone and messing with settings and learning something new, also you can search this thread for battery saving cabs, they are also in the paperclip for this thread, max no sd card one seems to be popular, or the hypnotic battery cab.

I found that cab for the mms.

I do have it set to manual so that my phone last, and i just want push to work so i don't have to remember to always check, cause once in a while i get important emails from work. Its just not logical for setting it to push to kill the batter. the whole point of push is that it is only active when an email comes in. Its supposed to save battery life over setting it to poll every so often (unless you get a million emails of course. it seems like setting it to push keeps the interenet connection permanently active or something.

I've already made a search for a cab and found it a couple of weeks ago. But it was so slow on my TP2 that I abandonned it. I would have wish to have it already cooked in one of these wonderful and very fast NRG ROMs. To bad.

I would like to thank's NRG for is work. The last edition is incredible !

glad to hear you found the mms cab, hope it worked also.

well to tell the truth i have never used and won't use push, but it has to still check your email box for email in order to get those emails, how it does it i don't know, I'm sure i could google and find out but like i said i don't use it so besides finding out what it does it won't do me any good. what has me curious is that no one else is saying anything else about push mail using up the battery like that so without know what your settings are it's hard to narrow things down, all i can suggest knowing what i do is to use a battery saving cab, hypnotic or max, both are in the paperclip, maybe someone else that uses push mail can chime in and explain how things should be set up for good battery life.

it could be that it didn't work with something else you had installed would be my guess, it's never caused me any issues.

i was confused and thinking of something else when i wrote that lol, man way off subject, never messed with footprint when it used to be packaged in the roms, guess i need a cold beer lol.

Great rom, late to this forum. Installed 10/14 rom 21681, I have had a problem with the function and shift key not working from within any application. It will work within sence UI. Does anyone have a suggestion. I have already wiped the memory and reinstalled the romwith the same problem.

Have you tried the verizon keyboard fix? It is mapped for sprint on startup.
