The 6.5.x builds have always had the WM default volume control. I'm not sure why (HTC 2.5 issue or WM 6.5.x issue) but NRG hasn't figured out how to fix it yet.

i installed dusk myself on 21887 Dec. 4 and it skinned HTC Volume so im sure it works on 6.5.x builds

They're two completely different beasts. 21887 is WM 6.5 and 28011 is 6.5.3. If NRG's standard 28011 roms never had the HTC volume, then it wouldn't matter if Dusk would theme it or not. If it's not there, it can't be themed. It's possible that if someone took the 28011 Dusk rom and was able to get the HTC volume working, then it might be themed, but since it's not working, you'd never see the theme.

i got u....up until now i've been running all nrgz 6.5.1 builds 21887, 21864 etc....in your posts u said 6.5.x builds all have WM default volume so that threw me for a loop, its not 6.5.x just 6.5.3 thats missing htc volume
