I see that the man has tweeted that he has killed the Album Art bug, and the next batch of ROMs will have this. That, and the volume bar, with a working DRM? I will flip out.. Awesome. I have been spending my time ripping videos to my device. I find 320x200 at 600 kbits seems to work in MP4. I use tytools to rip video from my Tivo Series 2, then fast video converter pro to convert using the PDA setting as above. I stretch video to fill the screen and it works very well. Awesome watching Terminator Salvation on my tp2.

Powinmo.. let's get toghether and iron out the last remaining bugs then. If anybody else wants to chime in.. let's find a way to get toghether and work this out.

I assume this has been asked before but I've searched the thread and not found anything.

Using the CHT/Sensity ROM, sometimes programs will not run in the foreground. I see the title change at the top but Sense remains foregrounded. I use the compact Start Menu and can see the programs in recent and close them that way. Anyone else seen this?

I have this happen rarely and I either do two things:
1) Soft-reset

or

2) Re-install the application that is closing

(I think some of the Windows Builds have unique build changes and the programs that usually self-close and need to be re-installed are the programs that have residual memory. Like most of my programs are installed on my external storage (SD card) so it keeps my information stored and when I flash a new build I just use XDA UC to put the shortcuts in the correct Start Menu Folders for easy launching and continuity with the Quick-links in CHT.)

A soft reset does fix it for a while, but your other solution doesn't apply since when it's like that ALL programs will run in the background but not show up in the foreground.

Note to NRGZ: I have been testing roms for working DRM since last august. I usually just download the straight cooky rom, but this time I downloaded the touch of glass for the first time.

I was amazed, it truly is a thing of beauty. If Microsoft had put as much effort into there development as you have, Android would not be eating there lunch right now.

I just want to thank you for your work and the life you have added to my phone, I am not going anywhere else soon.

Now on to DRM. After loading the TOG rom I knew I had to make DRM work somehow and I was not going back to my 8/22/10 rom.

In a round about way my answer came from Home Depot. I went there to buy plastic drawers to sort all my PC parts out of plastic bins ( I am a computer parts hoarder). While sorting my parts, I came across my forgotten Axim x51v PDA and the light turned on! The process went about as follows:

1. Hard reset the AXIM, check 2. download overdrive media,check 3.Tether to TP2 via wifi, check 4. download book and see if it all works,check 5. sync my Axim to truck stereo with blue tooth, check.

And there you have it. Another cradle for the dash of my truck for the axim and its working better than I hoped. My battery on my TP2 is lasting twice as long, and my Axim has a much bigger screen for my books.

And the world was good (ahhhhhhhhh, heavy sigh of contentment).

NRG, is there any way to have Microsoft Voice Command announce incoming calls through bluetooth, with the new dialer/bluetooth hangup fix? it will announce on phone just not bluetooth... It does how ever announce everything else through bluetooth, text message, email, reminder, etc....

I've never had this problem with Sense 2.5. I believe it saves each friend id url in the contact note, so all you have to do is login to Fb & update... I'm using MS My Phone to sync.

I have installed Overdrive and Praise be to God! it works!. No DRM problems. Now I am using the Tax Day ROM, 29017. I have not tried the new build.
