Hey all, I've recently flashed the Feb 12 28244 energy ROM.
This may be a very stupid question but I can't figure out how to retract the on-screen keyboard.
I have to touch places where you can not input anything to make the keyboard go away.
Is there any way I can change it back to the old style (touch the keyboard icon and the keyboard gets retracted)?

have you done a search for them, there are plenty of places to get ringtones and notification sounds like phonezoo.com and zedge.net, both are free but you have to sign up for an account, search/google is your friend.

I found that if you touch right below the Keyboard symbol at the bottom of the screen, the keyboard will retract.

It has been this way for a long time on several different ROMS I have tried.

Hello. I have this interesting issue with my TP2. Occasionally, my Opera will open up but the address bar is blank looking but I can type into it and go to pages, I just can't see what I'm typing or the url of the page. Also, the context menu gets messed up some times as well. When it should say something like "Tools", it says "T..." instead. Any help?

my first guess would be that you have something installed that is conflicting with it so you might want to start there, might want to state what ROM you are using and the date of the ROM so that someone else that has that ROM can chime in or help you even further, that's the first I have heard of that issue is what makes me think that it's a cab that you have installed, also are you overclocking or anything that might help to narrow down the culprit?

Thanks for continuing to maintain the TP@ ROMs. I have been a fan since I started using on the Diamond and Touch Pro.

Unfortunately, while I still love the look and feel of the ROMs on my TP2, I cannot use it because of charging problems. I did a lot of trial and error research and think I have figured this out. The problem is the 1% battery driver. See my post LINK = http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/htc-touch-...ml#post2057268


2 other chefs have incorporated fixes and I was hoping you would consider:

1) building a version without the 1% driver
2) having the 1% driver install later so that a user could choose to "uninstall" it

Thanks again and I hope you will consider doing this for those of us having the charging issues with some of our chargers.

I had this exact issue---don't remember if it started with 27.Dec 29007 (.sencity) ROM, but for sure happened with 01.Feb 28244 (.sencity) ROM. For me, it pretty much happened to all menus, including my compact start menu, & needed a reboot to fix temporarily. It was random, I was never doing anything in particular, & I was not overclocking, which was my first thought. This has not happened with my current setup: EnergyROM 13.Dec CHT 1.8.5 - OS: 5.2.29005 - Sense: 2.5 [2019] - Radio: 2.32.00WF - OC: 710 mHz.
